English Choose a language for shopping. I really got a lot out of this one. You can’t really separate the two. My best guess is that is adaptation of Ajahn Brahm talks for the monks, as also could be found online.

This book has a bit too much of disapparing very fundamental Buddist ideas, which don’t work very well with me reincarnation and life as constant dukha. This is a delightful read, taking teachings that are often made complicated and esoteric and made manageable. In that space, we learn what it is to disappear.
